STEP 1/8
It's a frozen octopus that's been cooled down.
Put the octopus in a large bowl, pour flour and water, and rub it to remove foreign substances from the sucker.
* I defrosted it in the freezer the night before.
STEP 2/8
After washing the flour with water,
If you rub it hard with salt once more, and if you rub it hard when you rinse it, the frozen octopus becomes very firm and the fishy smell of octopus disappears.
STEP 3/8
I should cut the octopus well and make it into salted fish, right?
How to cut octopus.
Cut thin legs into 3-4 cm long pieces, and cut thick legs and body into 1 cm small pieces.
STEP 4/8
Now, I'm going to salt the octopus.
Add 3 spoons of salt and stir-fry it for 30 minutes.
STEP 5/8
When the octopus is being salted, trim the ingredients for the salted fish.
* Slice the garlic thinly.
I cut one into five or six pieces.(If you slice it thickly, it's spicy when you eat it.)
* I only used one white green onion.
Cut it into pieces.
* Cut the green and red peppers one at a time by cutting them sideways.
STEP 6/8
Squeeze the water out of the octopus after 30 minutes.
STEP 7/8
Add all the prepared ingredients and mix well.
STEP 8/8
* If you add 1/3 spoon of seasoning, it tastes the same as the salted octopus sold in the market. I think it'd be good to choose according to your preference.
# It tastes better if you ripen it in the refrigerator for about a day. (The color gets prettier, too.)
