Black Sesame Milk Shaved Ice
I think it's sad if you don't leave out the cool food, but since there's plenty of black sesame powder at home, I added savory nuts to make black sesame shaved ice. Let's start making black sesame bingsu that was crunchy, cool, sweet, and delicious

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
I'm preparing bingsu red bean. It's good to buy shaved ice red beans, but I made it myself because I have red beans. Boil the washed red beans thoroughly in a pressure cooker, add a little bit of red bean boiled water, red beans, and 50% of the amount of sugar, boil it, grind it slightly with a blender, and boil it until it's weird
STEP 2/13
When you make red bean paste for shaved ice, it's easy to mix it with shaved ice when it's boiled down. I'm made a little thick
STEP 3/13
And prepare injeolmi. You don't have to put it in, but if you put it in, it's chewy, so you can enjoy the shaved ice more deliciously. I made injeolmi myself because there was glutinous rice flour. You can make it yourself, but it's also good to buy it and make it. Mix 145g of dry glutinous rice powder, 15g of sugar, and 2g of salt well, then add 200g of hot water and mix well. Put a wrap on it and microwave it for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, mix it well, and microwave it again for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. After that, hit it well with a spatula.
STEP 4/13
Leave the dough in place for about 5 minutes, coat evenly with bean powder, cut into bite-size pieces, and cool completely at room temperature.
STEP 5/13
Let's make ice with bingsu.
STEP 6/13
Put bean powder in milk and mix it well..
STEP 7/13
Place in a zipper bag, spread thin and flat, and freeze in the freezer for about one night. For the bean powder, I used the one with sugar and salt
STEP 8/13
Leave frozen shaved ice at room temperature for a while, then push it with a rolling pin to break the ice into small pieces.
STEP 9/13
Place the crushed ice in a bowl of shaved ice
STEP 10/13
After putting a lot of black sesame powder on the shaved ice,
STEP 11/13
Place nutty flavors on top to taste.
STEP 12/13
Put the bingsu red bean paste and injeolmi on top.
STEP 13/13
If the ice melts right away, you can just mix it, but I prepared it by mixing milk with black sesame powder. If the shaved ice doesn't mix well, you can eat it more deliciously if you pour black sesame milk little by little and mix it
