Pork belly and bossam made with air fryer
Most of you have air fryers these days, right? I bought it before, but I rarely used it. There are a lot of air fryers after using them a few times. It's a pork belly dish using an air fryer.

Ingredients
  • Pork belly meat
    400g
  • olive oil
    3TS
  • Herb salt
    2little
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare pork belly with a thickness of about 5cm thick.
STEP 2/8
Put honeycomb-shaped cuts on top and bottom of pork belly.
STEP 3/8
Apply olive oil to pork belly with cuts.
STEP 4/8
Sprinkle with herb salt and pepper.
STEP 5/8
Place the meat in an air fryer.
STEP 6/8
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
STEP 7/8
Turn the meat over once it's cooked.
STEP 8/8
Turn it upside down and bake for 180 degrees 25 minutes.
* If you cut the meat, it becomes fatter and dries more oil. * The performance is different for each machine, so check the temperature and time.
