Place chili oil in a heated pan.

Stir-fry chopped kimchi and chopped onions in chili oil.

When the onion is half cooked, add chili tuna and stir-fry slightly.

Season with sugar, soy sauce, and pepper.

When the onion becomes transparent, add perilla oil and stir-fry it again.

Put stir-fried tuna kimchi on top of warm rice and put fried egg on it.

Sprinkle chopped chives and black sesame seeds.
It's good to sprinkle parsley powder instead of chives^^
