Making braised tofu with frozen tofu
Tofu is a good ingredient for dieting because it is rich in protein. Tofu that brings satiety is going to be too hard to eat. I made it spicy with braised tofu. Tofu doesn't last long when it's over or in summer, so I sometimes put it in the freezer. Frozen tofu is more protein than raw tofu

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
[Cutting vegetables] Chop Cheongyang chili peppers Chop the onions and prepare them. You can use other ingredients instead of two vegetables You can put the leftover vegetables in the fridge

[Helting frozen tofu] It's good to defrost frozen tofu Frozen tofu doesn't defrost easily If you put tofu in hot water and wait for about 20 minutes, it will thaw. It's good to defrost it before cooking There's no way to freeze tofu You can leave it in the freezer as it is and freeze it.

[Cutting tofu] Cut tofu into bite-size pieces It's good to remove moisture from the chopped tofu It absorbs more moisture than raw tofu

[Seasoning] Before braised tofu, add sliced vegetables and make the sauce Even if you don't make it in advance, it's good to put the sauce in the pan right away, but it's good to make the sauce separately because it's not seasoned evenly

[Grill tofu on a pan] Grill tofu on a pan If you want to make diet food, don't put cooking oil on the pan and cook it without removing too much moisture when preparing tofu. Place the sauce on top of the golden tofu
I don't want to recommend the texture of frozen tofu because it's not as chewy as I thought, but if you're thinking about dieting, braised tofu should be cooked with raw tofu I think it'd be good to cook simple tofu dishes with braised tofu. I think early tofu dishes would be good to make Gangjeong Tofu burger is popular these days, so it's worth trying. It's better to cook considering that the texture is not as good as raw tofu
