Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Let's trim the tomatoes washed with baking soda. Remove the tip, boil it in an x-shape, and prepare it to peel off well
STEP 2/8
Prepare the hot water. I prepared a big pot because there are a lot of tomatoes today.
STEP 3/8
Add the prepared tomatoes. As long as the tomatoes are soaked in water, okay!!
I'm just gonna blanch it for a minute or two minutes
STEP 4/8
Why does it come off so easily after blanching for 2 minutes?
STEP 5/8
It's a tomato that's peeled off
STEP 6/8
I measured it with 4 tomatoes, 2 spoons of sugar, and 2 spoons of olive oil.
STEP 7/8
It's cool to make juice, but..
STEP 8/8
It's a different taste if you put it in a wide tray and freeze it!!
If you scratch it with a fork in the middle, you can feel thin ice
