Soak dried seaweed in lukewarm water and wash it in cold water once or twice and cut it into small pieces

Add perilla oil to the pot and stir-fry the seaweed for a minute
*As much perilla powder is in it, stir-fry it with perilla oil to give it a more flavor

Pour 1.5 litres of water and simmer for 10 minutes

Prepare a cup of white milk (200ml paper cup)

Please prepare 2 tablespoons of perilla powder
*Please note that it might be dry if you put in a lot

Add perilla powder to the boiling seaweed soup, season it with salt, and boil it for a while

Pour in a cup of white milk

Pour in the white milk and put pepper powder in it, mix it gently, and boil it's done
*Pour milk at the end and in hot weather, refrigerate and heat as much as you want
