STEP 1/8
You can just eat it, but it's good to put it in boiling water and take it out.
Wash blanched octopus in cold water and drain.
STEP 2/8
I make lemon garlic dressing.
Think of it as a light oil sauce with lemon juice and minced garlic.
I'm going to juice the raw lemon one more time before I eat it, so I only put 2 to 3 spoons in the dressing.
Adjust the amount of honey to suit your taste of sweetness. I put in 0.5 spoonfuls and it was clean and nice.
STEP 3/8
Add a spoonful of lemon garlic sauce and mix them, leave them in the refrigerator and marinate for a while.
You can eat the fresh taste of octopus without fishy smell.
STEP 4/8
Marinate octopus and prepare ingredients for salad.
If you add potatoes, it gives you a feeling of fullness and the light taste goes well with the lemon garlic sauce.
Sprinkle the bite-sized potatoes with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
STEP 5/8
I simply baked it in the air fryer.
It may take a long time to cook in a frying pan, so cut it into small pieces and bake it.
Bake at 185 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 6/8
Vegetables are also prepared by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
It's delicious even if you add cucumbers or celery.
Most of the regular octopus ceviche contains coriander, but I replaced it with lucola.
If you add flavored herbs, it will taste good and the combination of the flavors will be much better.
STEP 7/8
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with the dressing.
You can mix it all with the sauce and serve it on the table, or you can put salad ingredients separately and sprinkle the sauce right before you eat it.
STEP 8/8
It's more refreshing if you squeeze the juice with fresh lemon and sprinkle it evenly.
