Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare necessary ingredients such as rice cake, fish cake, cabbage, and sausage. Generally, green onions, onions, carrots, etc. are added when making tteokbokki, but when I think about it, green onions and onions are not included in tteokbokki. So I made vegetables with only cabbage
STEP 2/10
Yupdduk Recipe Spicy Tteokbokki Golden Recipe's tip and key point is the sauce. Dasda instead of chicken stockI can add a little bit of Miwon. Place the spices in one place and mix evenly.
STEP 3/10
Add 3 cups full of water and bring to a boil, mixing the seasoning and water well. Bring to a simmer over high heat.
STEP 4/10
If the sauce is well-mixed in water, add cabbage first.
STEP 5/10
Bring to a boil over high heat until the crisp cabbage is slightly dead.
STEP 6/10
And add the rice cake that was soaked in water.Boil the rice cake over high heat for 3-4 minutes to make the sauce cut.
STEP 7/10
It's time for the last ingredient. Add fish cake and sausage
STEP 8/10
The fish cake was put in the freezer, so it had to be fully cooked, so I boiled it on high heat for about 3 minutes more. Bring to a boil over high heat for 3 minutes, then simmer on low heat for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 9/10
Put the cheese in a microwave oven container and heat it for about a minute. Put some cooking oil on the bottom and put in the cheese to make it come off clean
STEP 10/10
Put the tteokbokki in a bowl and melt the cheese and put toppings on it. It's home-made yupgi tteokbokki
You have to use spicy chili powder to get a taste similar to Yupdduk. Even if you put in a lot of red pepper powder that's not spicy, it's just salty. So, I'll use hot pepper powder for red pepper powder! If you don't have spicy chili powder, add peperoncino or cheongyang pepper to make it more spicy
