My in-laws couldn't finish the pig's feet, so my mom packed me the leftoverHaha It's good to eat jokbal as it is, but I'm going to cook the leftover jokbal to make it more delicious I'll try to make the leftover jokbal spicy jokbal :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, mix 2T soy sauce, 1T red pepper paste, 2T red pepper powder, 1T plum extract, 1T sugar, 3T oligosaccharide, and 1T minced garlic
STEP 2/5
Stir-fry 1 onion and 2 cheongyang peppers first
I didn't put oil on it. I just stir-fried it

Add the sauce and stir-fry it well

Now, add the remaining jokbal and mix it so that the sauce cuts well
When I mix it, I thought the sauce would burn if I turn it on, so I turned it off for a while, mixed it, and turned it on again
