STEP 1/8
I cut 2 green onions into small and not big pieces, not too small or too big. If you like green onions, you can add more.
Both of us are big eaters, so we put in all 600g of soft tofu, but if you eat little by little, 400g would be enough.
STEP 2/8
I made green onion oil by putting oil in the pot for cooking ramen. I put plenty of oil in the heated pot and stir-fry all the green onions. Add green onion oil until scented and green onion is lightly browned. I used about 5 tablespoons of cooking oil.
STEP 3/8
I put the boiled water right away. The amount of water in Yeol Ramen is 500ml in a bag, and 1 liter of water should be used for 2 servings, but I only added 950ml of water in anticipation of some water in soft tofu. I like salty soup...
STEP 4/8
I poured out all the soup and added a tablespoon of red pepper powder. Green onion oil is the most important, but the next important thing is red pepper powder.
As soon as red pepper powder and green onion oil meet, it really tastes like soft tofu stew. You know, right? With red oil floating...
STEP 5/8
I put in the noodles and scooped up a lot of soft tofu. I didn't cut it pretty. I just put everything in.
STEP 6/8
When the noodles were slightly melted, I added 2 eggs. I don't like hard-boiled eggs... I always put in the noodles and put it in right after a while. If you put it in this order, the egg yolk is always half-cooked, so it's really good.
STEP 7/8
Oh my god, I was surprised because it was so delicious. I ate it tonight and I'm writing this tonight. It was a very touching taste. The taste I want to eat tomorrow... I only bought 2 bags of Yeol Ramen and 1 box of soft tofu... I think I'll have to go buy it again tomorrow.
STEP 8/8
Ying, it's about to cook my favorite egg. I like the egg whites to be cooked well and the yolk to be dripping or slightly undercooked. It's the degree of egg cooking that can be eaten smoothly without being dry. It was a perfect match with the soup of the spicy soft tofu ramen.
If you don't mind if the spicy taste is a little stronger, you can boil it with Cheongyang red pepper or Thai red pepper. You may be busy preparing all of a sudden, but if you have seafood such as shrimp or mussels that have been divided in advance in the freezer, add a handful. You can taste jjamppong.
