I prepared a Korean chicken

Native chicken is tougher than regular chicken, so boil it for more than 3~40 minutes
To get rid of the smell and fishy smell, I put in 4 bottles of soju when I blanch the chicken
Native chicken can be a little bit longer than regular chicken, so it takes longer to boil
