Soak glutinous rice in water and tear the chicken into small pieces.

You can put whatever you want in the refrigerator. Chop all the vegetables in small pieces (pumpkin, onion, chives, green onions, garlic, carrots...)

Cook rice over high heat for 10 minutes with soaked glutinous rice.

Add the rest of the chicken stock. When boiling, add more water if there is not enough broth.

Add chopped vegetables and boil more, and make the salt taste good without being bland.

I left some chopped vegetables and chives and put them on top of rice as garnish. You can add seaweed flakes.
Add a little bit of sesame oil or perilla oil before eating and mix.
Pour plenty of water to prevent scorched rice and shorten the time. Add vegetables and boil more, so it can be slightly undercooked. Add a lot of vegetables.
