STEP 1/15
Let me explain a little bit before making braised spicy chicken.
It's a recipe made with a pressure cooker, but I boiled it in a pot. If you're looking at the recipe, I recommend you make it in a pressure cooker.
STEP 2/15
I cut the onions into small pieces, but they cut them into big pieces in the original recipe. Put it in as much as you like.
STEP 3/15
Cut the green onion in half and make it long.
STEP 4/15
I don't know why the recipe I looked up had carrots in it. In fact, I looked at the video a few more times and found that carrots didn't go in. I think you can choose carrots as much as you want.
And you put a big potato in four pieces, and I replaced it with three very small potatoes.
STEP 5/15
Mix all the spices and make the sauce. Liver onion is the point of the sauce, so don't forget to put it in.
STEP 6/15
Blanch the cleanly washed chicken in boiling water. As you all know, it's the process of catching the smell and removing the grease.
STEP 7/15
When the water boils, add the chicken and bring to a boil until the chicken is less red. And wash it clean in cold water.
STEP 8/15
Put all the ingredients except the green onions into the pressure cooker.
I added half of the green onions and boiled them. I added the rest at the end and boiled it again.
STEP 9/15
Put all the seasoning and water in the pressure cooker.
STEP 10/15
And boil it over high heat for 8 minutes after the additional turn of the pressure cooker. It's hard to keep up with the firepower of the restaurant at home, so I think it would be good to boil it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 11/15
If you boiled it well over high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, immediately lay down the weight and remove the steam.
STEP 12/15
Lastly, add a handful of green onions, 1T of minced garlic, and 1T of red pepper powder and boil it for another 1 to 2 minutes to serve on the table.
STEP 13/15
Remembering the cooking time of the pressure cooker
8-10 minutes on high heat
Lie the weight down and let it steam
STEP 14/15
The color is well cooked, right? It's a chicken stir-fried with fresh information that I ate deliciously.
STEP 15/15
I hope you enjoy it
