Chop carrot, bell pepper, ham, and onion 1/2 thickly and chop 1/2 onion.

Add ketchup and pork cutlet sauce and stir-fry quickly.

In another heated pan, add oil and beaten eggs to make egg garnish.

When the egg garnish is half-cooked, cover it with fried rice and put it in a bowl.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry sliced onions and sliced mushrooms.

When the vegetables are half cooked, add sugar, ketchup, pork cutlet sauce, and red wine and boil them.

When the sauce is properly boiled down, sprinkle the sauce over the omelet rice on the plate.
