If you remove the top of the perilla leaves in a proper way before unwinding, it will be easy to trim them.

Soak perilla leaves in water for about 10 minutes and wash them shaking in water. If you wash it 3-4 times
It is said that pesticides are removed better than washing with vinegar or baking soda.

Stack perilla leaves one by one and put garlic and Cheongyang red pepper in between and prepare them in a container.

Boil soy sauce water with the amount of ingredients. Please take out the kelp after boiling for about 5 minutes.
I control the sweetness. If you don't like sweet taste, add only 1 cup of sugar and check the taste before controlling.

The boiled soy sauce water is on top of the sesame leaf

When the soup is warm, press down with a spatula and pour soy sauce on top to hold your breath.

You can eat it right away after a day.
If the perilla leaves are light or you like the scent, you can cool down the soy sauce and pour it without boiling it.
