STEP 1/14
Bake sliced ham in a frying pan and fry eggs.

Slice 1 tomato thinly.
STEP 3/14
Wash 2 sheets of lettuce clean.

Add 1/3 tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard, 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon Oligosaccharide (or honey) and mix.

When the ingredients and sauces are ready, bake the bread until golden brown.

Spread the sauce on both sides of the bread.
STEP 7/14
Place lettuce on one side of bread.
STEP 8/14
Place tomatoes on lettuce.
STEP 9/14
Place fried eggs on top of tomatoes.
STEP 10/14
Place sliced ham on top of egg fry.
STEP 11/14
Place cheese on top of slice ham.
STEP 12/14
Cover it with the rest of the bread^^

You can eat the whole sandwich,
I put a wrap on it and cut it in half.

It's a healthy sandwich with ham, cheese, eggs, tomatoes and lettuce^^
If you just make it like this, it's really good like a commercially available sandwich!
If you eat it with milk, yogurt, or coffee, it's perfect for breakfast brunch :)
