Ingredients
  • Potato
    250g
  • Butter
    20g
  • Cheese
    40g
  • Salt
    2little
  • ground pepper
  • parsley
  • Milk
    3T
  • Water
    150ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, prepare 250g of 3 potatoes and cut them as small as possible. That's how it cooks well
STEP 2/7
Put potatoes in a rice cooker and pour water half as high as potatoes and cook quickly. I poured 150ml of water
STEP 3/7
While cooking, prepare 20g butter, 40g cheese, and 3T (15g) milk
*Block cheese, slice cheese, and cream cheese are all good
STEP 4/7
Remove the pot after the potatoes are cooked. If the amount of water was adequate, it fits perfectly without any excess water. You can pour it out even if there's water left.
STEP 5/7
Add butter, cheese, and milk to the boiled potatoes
STEP 6/7
While my pot is hot, break it with a silicone spatula or plastic spoon so that you don't get hurt, or move it to another bowl and crush it all together
*You can add pepper powder
*You can add 1 or 2 skewers of salt to your taste
*Do not scratch my pot with a stainless steel spoon
STEP 7/7
You can finish by putting parsley powder or raw parsley on top :) Enjoy
