STEP 1/9
4 tomatoes, 2 onions, 1 paprika, 1 zucchini,
Cut 4 garlics and 1/8 cabbage into appropriate sizes.
STEP 2/9
Pour olive oil into a pot and onions,
Add garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 3/9
Add zucchini, add a little water, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
STEP 4/9
Add tomatoes, cabbage and paprika and stir-fry.
STEP 5/9
When the cabbage is cooked, add enough water to cover the vegetables.
STEP 6/9
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
STEP 7/9
Cool the soup in a bowl.
And do the same with the remaining vegetables.
STEP 8/9
Put the cold soup in a blender and grind it finely.
STEP 9/9
Make sure to keep it frozen and refrigerated
Eat it with chicken breast or boiled eggs!!
