Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Pour 2L of water into a 3L pot and add dried kelp and dried anchovies. Boil for 10 minutes to make broth
STEP 2/9
Wash and prepare zucchini/onion/green onion/red pepper
STEP 3/9
Prepare tofu/pork
I cooked what I had frozen with pork neck
You can cut the pork into bite-sized pieces regardless of the part

Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces
Please let me take a shower in cold water

Prepare other vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces

Mix the pork and soybean paste in the broth and bring to a boil

I purposely removed the chili powder and added the spicy flavor with Cheongyang chili
