STEP 1/10
Wash briefly in running water and soak in flour-based water for about 10 minutes.

After washing in the flour mixture, dissolve the vinegar and soak it for about 10 minutes. Wash the yellow plum thread soaked in vinegar water.

Drain and dry the washed yellow plum thread.
STEP 4/10
Using a pointed tool, remove the top of the yellow plum thread cleanly.

Remove all the plum seeds using a plum seed remover.
STEP 6/10
Cut the yellow plum thread after removing the plum seeds into bite-size pieces using a fruit knife.

First, add 1kg of raw sugar and mix it.
STEP 8/10
Mix yellow plum thread with sugar and cover and let stand at room temperature for one day.
STEP 9/10
After a day, remove only the pickled yellow plum thread and sprinkle 1T of salt.
STEP 10/10
Pour 1kg of raw sugar into the extracted yellow plum thread, close the lid, and store it in the kimchi refrigerator.
