Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
A big bottle of cabbage and cucumber. I'm going to make kimchi with onions. Like kkakdugi
I have four onions because they are small. If they are medium size or larger, it can be revised in two.

It takes time to pickle the cabbage, so prepare it first. Cut it into cubes and rinse it
STEP 3/15
It has 2 cups of salt. Dissolve 1 cup in water, sprinkle evenly on cabbage, and soak the remaining 1 cup.
Let's stir-fry it for about an hour. It's enough to make you'll be fine

Chop the onion and cucumber into cubes.

Boil half a cup of salt in 500ml of water for pickling cucumbers and onions.

Pour the boiled salt water over the cucumber onion in a hot state and let it cool. As it is pickled, the onions and cucumbers do not soften and become crispy.
Marinate for 30 minutes

Please prepare the seasoned ingredients. Cut the garlic, ginger, and green onion in moderation

Cabbage doesn't pickle well. It doesn't break when you mix it, so let's marinate for an hour. Rinse it and drain it

Add cabbage and cucumber onion all at once and color with 1 cup of red pepper powder.

Garlic, shrimp, milk, ginger, sugar and plum extract. Mix them together
As you look at the color, add the remaining half cup of red pepper powder

All the seasoning goes in at once

Mix all the seasoning and add the chives last

Put it in a container
Cook it for a day or so. Cabbage kimchi is delicious even if it's cooked and delicious even if it's not.
You can reduce the amount of salted shrimp and fish sauce while tasting it.
