STEP 1/8
Soak black beans in water for about an hour.
Leave the washed black beans into the water for 1 hour.
STEP 2/8
Start boiling soaked black beans and soaked water together in a pot. If there is less soaking water, add more water and make it salty.
Put both the black bean and water into the pot and add more water if needed. The water amount needs to be almost similar height of bean as shown in the image.
STEP 3/8
2 spoons of soy sauce and 1 spoon of sugar, please
(You can adjust the seasoning according to your preference.)
Add 2 TBSP Soy sauce and 1 TBSP sugar, but you can always adjust the amount depending on your style.
If you boil it over high heat, the water overflows quickly.. Be careful. (I almost messed up the kitchen Lol)
Do not use high heat but "medium heat". I almost messed up my kitchen when I used high heat to make it quick. hahahah.
STEP 4/8
Keep stirring, add 1 spoon of oligosaccharide when the water is this high when you add a spoon.
Keep stirring!
Once the water level shows as shown in the image, add 1 TBSP Oligo Syrup.
STEP 5/8
(This is oligosaccharide that I use.)
This is the Oligo Syrup what I use.
STEP 6/8
When the water reaches this height when you add a spoon, lower the heat completely and keep stirring. Then, after 5 minutes, turn off the heat completely and cool off the black beans.
Once the water level shown in the image, turn the heat down to the lowest one.
Turn the heat off completely after 5-10 mins.
STEP 7/8
I cooled it down for about 2 hours while I was doing other things Hahaha
Cool it down as long as you can.
STEP 8/8
Put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator.
Before I eat it, I sprinkle sesame seeds
Move the bean into the container (tupperware) and store in the fridge.
I add the sesame to the black bean when I eat!
