A recipe for stir-fried beef noodles from Lanzhou Ramen!
I somehow missed the Lanzhou Ramen restaurant's Chodosakmyeon, which I enjoyed in China, so I made it by referring to the recipe on the Chinese website. When I first went to China, I had a hard time because the food didn't suit my taste, but I remember eating the super-dosak noodles of Lanzhou Ramen that my acquaintance introduced me to me. It's one of the foods that I remember even after I came back to Korea, so I looked it up this time. (By the way, Chinese recipes somehow don't have a very detailed amount of seasoning, but if you do it properly, it tastes similar ^^;)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and marinate it with starch, pepper, and a little oil. I don't think the part is particularly important, but I usually use beef from the soup.
STEP 2/9
Cut the prepared vegetables (tomatoes, onions, cabbage leaves, and cheongyang peppers) well.
- Cut onions and tomatoes into 1.5 to 2cm pieces
- Cut cabbage leaves into the thickness of your fingers
- Chop the cheongyang peppers into small pieces.
STEP 3/9
Half of the vegetables are ready ^^
STEP 4/9
Boil the noodles for about 3 minutes, cool them with cold water, and sift them. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the cutting surface you obtained.
STEP 5/9
Stir-fry the onions first, and when they turn golden, stir-fry the beef marinated from the top 1 together, and when it is cooked to a certain extent, place them in a bowl.
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry chopped tomatoes with oil. Stir-fry tomato juice enough to mix with oil and taste like sauce.
STEP 7/9
Add red pepper and cabbage to the tomatoes in the top 6 and stir-fry them.
STEP 8/9
Add the beef and onion from the top 5 to stir-fry tomatoes, peppers, and cabbages and stir-fry a little more. It's becoming stir-fried vegetables with tomato and beef^^;;
STEP 9/9
Add the cooled noodles to the stir-fried tomato beef and vegetables above, and stir-fry it with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
