STEP 1/7
Separate the yolk from the white and add a little sugar to the white.
Instead of sugar, I added a teaspoon of sweetened xylitol.
STEP 2/7
Mix the egg whites before the yolk because they are only going to use foam. If you mix it with a whisk, the foam will rise to the top of the cup. If you don't have a whisk, mix it with a fork until it bubbles a lot.
STEP 3/7
The yolk is very stiff, so add 1 tsp of water and a pinch of salt and mix.
STEP 4/7
Pour butter or cooking oil in a pan and pour the yolk lengthwise, thinking of folding it in half.
STEP 5/7
You can see that the water at the bottom of the egg white is gone, right? The longer you leave it, the more water you have. It's not long before you can just scoop the foam on top and use it.
STEP 6/7
Don't just scoop the foam from the whites and place it on the yolk and heat it up high..Turn it over once while using medication.
STEP 7/7
Sprinkle with honey or hotcake syrup. I put on hot cake syrup and it's so good.
Mix the whites first so that it floats on top of the foam. It's cooked faster than you think and delicious, so it would be good to serve it as a dessert with coffee.
