Cut chives into 5cm long pieces.

Chop carrots and chives into small pieces.

Add the kelp stock ingredients, and when the water boils, turn off the heat and boil it for about 3 minutes.

Add bean sprouts and salt to the kelp water.

Cover and blanch for 3 minutes.

Add chives and cover with bean sprouts.

Put it on a sieve and cool it down.

Mix vegetables and seasonings in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds

2. Cover chives with blanched bean sprouts and cook them lightly.
