Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
First, make pork cutlet sauce.
There was a commercial pork cutlet sauce, but it was too sour, and I made pork cutlet sauce myself to eat it more deliciously.
Place 2.5 spoons of butter in a pan and cover. When butter begins to melt, add chopped onions and half a spoonful of minced garlic and stir-fry hard.
STEP 2/12
Stir-fry well and add commercial pork cutlet sauce to taste. And stir-fry it so that it mixes well. That's it!
(After you taste it, please add the insufficient liver. I didn't add any other liver because I wanted to eat it lightly.)
The pork cutlet sauce is complete.
STEP 3/12
For the pork cutlet set meal, fry 2 frozen pork cutlet at home until golden brown.
STEP 4/12
I'm going to make cream soup now.
First, melt 4 spoons of butter in a pan.
STEP 5/12
Add 4 spoons of flour to almost melt butter and mix well. I made it on low heat from the beginning.
STEP 6/12
And I added a little bit of milk and mixed it well.
I can smell the savory.
STEP 7/12
And add some water.
I added enough water to eat cream soup.
(Add an appropriate amount of water according to your preference.)
And keep stirring.
STEP 8/12
Stir well and season with salt and pepper if desired. Don't add too much from the beginning, but season to taste by adding little by little.
If you season it like that and it suits your taste, you're done making cream soup!!!
STEP 9/12
They even prepared a hand-made moo-pickle.
STEP 10/12
I cut the pork cutlet into bite-size pieces.
Slice the cabbage and sprinkle ketchup and mayonnaise on top and place it nicely. Since I made black rice, I put black rice pretty and sprinkle sesame seeds on the rice.
And on top of the pork cutlet, I poured an appropriate amount of pork cutlet sauce that I made myself.
STEP 11/12
It's a homemade cream soup. It looks good with a little bit of pepper on top, right? It tastes like cream soup.
It's actually more delicious than the cream soup you buy!
STEP 12/12
It's really good to eat pork cutlet set like this.
Self-made mufficles, pork cutlet sauce, and cream soup!
They're all so delicious. Kids love eating at home like this. It was a delicious meal to eat a simple and reliable pork cutlet meal at home. Rather than just frying pork cutlet, make sure to eat a proper meal^^ I recommend it!
- I think it's better to make the cream soup last. I made it first and left it, and it hardened a little. I poured some water again and made it, but if you want it to be softer, I recommend you make cream soup at the end. (I purposely wrote cream soup at the end for the recipe writing order.)
