STEP 1/9
Prepare the ingredients according to your preference
It's good to have mushrooms and shrimps
I prepare the pasta noodles with fettuccini noodles :)
STEP 2/9
200ml of whipped cream, 100ml of milk
2T soy sauce, 3T chopped chives, 1T cooking wine
Add the ingredients and mix.
And put it in an airtight container
Put it in the refrigerator for about half a day.
STEP 3/9
Season the shrimp.
Shrimp tastes better if you season it in advance.
1T of red pepper powder on the prepared shrimp,
Add 1/2T of minced garlic and 1T of cooking wine and mix
Place in refrigerator with sauce.
STEP 4/9
Put plenty of water in the pot,
When the water boils, add some salt and olive oil
Boil the fettuccini noodles.
I'm going to stir-fry it again in the sauce
Boil it until it's slightly undercooked.
When you boil pasta, when you season it with salt
Just like how we season the soup
It's just enough to make it look like it's on the skin.
STEP 5/9
Put 2T of olive oil and a slice of butter in the pan
Stir-fry sliced garlic.
I stir-fried it on medium heat so it doesn't burn.
STEP 6/9
When the garlic scent starts to come up
Add the seasoned shrimp
Stir-fry until the sides of the shrimp are cooked
STEP 7/9
thickly sliced
Add mushroom and stir-fry it.
When the mushrooms are half cooked
Add the aged cream sauce.
Boil the ingredients together.
STEP 8/9
When the ingredients are cooked and the sauce is mixed together
Add the boiled pasta noodles and stir-fry them together.
If you need to adjust the concentration of the sauce
You can use noodles.
STEP 9/9
Add salt and pepper for the seasoning
Hard Parmesan cheese
I ground it a lot.
Cheese must be put in to change the flavor.
Turn off the heat and let the cream blend in with the noodles
Leave it there for a minute or two
If you put it in a bowl
I'm done making Toowoombasta :)
To make Toowoomba at home
First, make a cream sauce base
and ripen it.
If you leave it in the fridge for half a day
The sauce has matured and has a deeper flavor.
