Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Suge 700g is soaked in cold water for an hour to remove the blood.
STEP 2/9
Add suji and cooking wine to boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes.
STEP 3/9
After 5 minutes, scoop it out
Rinse several times in cold water and cut fat.
STEP 4/9
Put suji in an electric rice cooker, water, bay leaves,
Add pepper and green onion and steam for 50 minutes. (Electric rice cooker universal steamed)

Cut radish and konjac into cubes.

3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of soybean paste,
1 tablespoon of minced garlic

Cut the ripe suji into bite-size pieces.

Put suji, radish, and konjac in a pan and pour 600ml of suji broth.

Add the sauce and boil it over medium low heat for 30 minutes, and it's done!!
