Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Chop one green onion and 150g of bean sprouts
Cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/9
Beat in 2 eggs and prepare it.
STEP 3/9
Make the sauce.
(One tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of anchovy sauce,
1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, pepper)
