A simple way to make delicious beef seaweed soup

Ingredients
  • Seaweed
    10g
  • Beef
    100g
  • anchovy broth
    700ml
  • thick soy sauce
    1/2TS
  • cooking wine
    1/2TS
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • salted anchovies
    1TS

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Soak 10g of seaweed.
If you don't know, just a few times!
STEP 2/9
Make the anchovy stock again.
(Can be omitted)
STEP 3/9
Add 1/2 tablespoon thick soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine to 100g of beef
Mix it well.
STEP 4/9
Cut the seaweed into bite-size pieces
Rinse and drain in a strainer and drain.
STEP 5/9
Put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pot
Add the beef and stir-fry.
STEP 6/9
When the surface is cooked, add seaweed and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 7/9
Pour 700ml of anchovy stock, close the lid, and bring to a boil.
STEP 8/9
When the soup boils, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic,
Add 1 tablespoon of anchovy sauce and season with salt.
STEP 9/9
Cover it and boil it for 4-5 minutes, and it's done!
