Put bay salt in boiling water, boil it, cool it in cold water, and peel it off

Cut the mowstrap into appropriate sizes and cut the thick ones in half

Put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of perilla oil in a mow stand and marinate

Chop the onion and green onion

Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry minced garlic, green onions, and onions

It's a savory stir-fry
You have to adjust the cooking time as the mow belt is firm
It's hard like a tree because it's a summer mow, so I boiled it for about 10 minutes
