Wash cucumbers with salt and peel them
Cut it long enough to fit the length of the gimbap and remove the seeds.

Cut the pickled peppers into small pieces with scissors.
*If you don't have pickled peppers, you can chop the non-spicy peppers into small pieces.

Bake the thick bacon in a frying pan until golden brown to drain the oil.
STEP 4/7
Mix mayonnaise, mustard and oligosaccharide in a bowl.

Season rice with salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.

Look up at the rough part of the seaweed
Spread the rice and roll it with lettuce, perilla leaves, bacon, wasabi mayo sauce, pickled radish, chili pepper, cucumber.
STEP 7/7
Bacon Gimbap with both taste and nutrition is done.
I was going to make pork belly gimbap, but it's so good because I added pickled peppers. If you don't have thick bacon, you can grill 2 slices of bacon each.
If you don't have pickled peppers, you can cut and add regular peppers.
