How to cook red bean porridge
I've been eating dongji red bean porridge without taking it out, but I've never seen my mom make it.. I learned it because I thought I might want to eat my mom's red bean porridge.

  • Powerful rice flour
    1.5bowl
  • glutinous rice flour

  • Sticky rice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Wash the red beans thoroughly and put them in water about 10cm higher than the red beans, and soak them for 5 hours.
STEP 2/12
Boil red beans in a pot for about 40 minutes.
STEP 3/12
Rice flour + glutinous rice flour 1:1 mixed in about 3 bowls
Pour hot water and knead it to prepare a bird's egg sujebi.

Make a bird's egg roundly.

Boil the red beans until it crumbles. Make sure it's cooked.

Put a little water in the blender and grind it.

Pour all into a pot and add water to adjust the concentration.

Add 3 cups of glutinous rice soaked in water

Cook by stirring constantly so that it never gets pressed on the floor.
