Braised Chewy Roasted Eggs
I made side dishes with baked eggs that I was eating as a diet snack. Roasted eggs have a longer storage period than boiled eggs, so in summer, they are baked eggs than boiled eggs. It's chewy, so it has a good texture and tastes better. Boiled eggs, which are already in the color of soy sauce, are boiled in soy sauce to make it a darker egg sauce. When it's hard to color the eggs in soy sauce, try a baked egg.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare 10 baked eggs and peel them.
STEP 2/7
Put the peeled baked eggs in a pot and prepare 5tol of garlic and 1tol of ginger, slice them thinly and put them together.

Add 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of refined rice wine, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, and 2 cups of kelp anchovy stock and mix them evenly.

Then, put it on a gas stove and boil it over high heat.
STEP 5/7
When it boils evenly over high heat, reduce it to medium to low heat and boil it down. Boil it down while stirring it evenly.

When the sauce is reduced, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and stir to boil.

Lastly, cut 3 cheongyang peppers diagonally and boil them again to turn off the heat.

    I bought a diet elvan egg and it was hard to deal with, but I made it very easily and conveniently and ate it well!! However, I don't have rice wine/ whole garlic/ ginger/dashida anchovy stock at home, so I have 3 spoons of cooking wine, half a spoon of minced garlic, and anchovies I replaced it with half a spoon and two paper cups!!
