Braised Chewy Roasted Eggs
I made side dishes with baked eggs that I was eating as a diet snack. Roasted eggs have a longer storage period than boiled eggs, so in summer, they are baked eggs than boiled eggs. It's chewy, so it has a good texture and tastes better. Boiled eggs, which are already in the color of soy sauce, are boiled in soy sauce to make it a darker egg sauce. When it's hard to color the eggs in soy sauce, try a baked egg.
