STEP 1/15
Gently dissolve the salt-free butter at room temperature

Add sugar and salt and mix until only 1/3 of the particles are left

+Egg yolk & vanilla oil
Mix enough ingredients

Sift the powder. (Soft flour, almond powder, baking soda, baking powder)

When you can't see the powder, mix the chocolate chips
(I added 70g more to take care of the remaining chocolate chips lol)

Put it in a plastic bag and make it square
+30 minutes of refrigeration rest
STEP 7/15
When it's cold, cut it into 8 pieces
(The dough melts quickly)

Press it slightly and pan it on the baking sheet
STEP 9/15
Add a small amount of chocolate chips on top
You have to do this so that you can see the chocolate well when it's grilled

(Based on Smeg oven) Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
+Cool on a cooling net with baking sheets
