Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, put 1.5L of water and 1 anchovy pack in a pot and boil it for about 15 minutes.

Prepare green onions by slicing them at intervals of 0.3cm.

Cut potatoes into half a centimeter apart.
STEP 4/8
Beat the eggs finely using the desired cooking utensils.

After 15 minutes, take out the anchovy pack again and boil the potatoes.
