STEP 1/7
Shred onions and wash the kkari peppers thoroughly and remove the top.

Shred the ginger and cut the dried red pepper with scissors to remove the seeds.

Sift the saury and throw away the soup.

Put a little grape seed oil in a pot and shredded ginger, dried red pepper, and ginger so that they don't burn.
*If there are no dry peppers, use red peppers

When it's stir-fried, add soy sauce, soju, cooking wine, and water. Add canned saury, chili, onion, pepper
Add and bring to a boil until the soup is halved.
STEP 6/7
Turn the saury over so that it cooks evenly in the middle and toss it with 1T of cooking oil to make it glossy.
STEP 7/7
When the soup has been boiled in half, add sliced green onions and complete.
Fishy saury with ginger is much better without any fishy smell. The sauce is made in Japanese style, and if you like it to be cooked well, you can put it in early and if you like the crunchy taste, you can put it in and boil it at the end.
