Grilled Deodeok with red pepper paste
Grilled deodeok gochujang that goes well with Korean table. I made deodeok dishes that my family likes. I think it would be good for the guest's.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the peeled deodeok into bite-size pieces
You can use a stick or knife handle to grind garlic

The sauce for grilled deodeok gochujang is.
1/2T soy sauce, 1T sesame oil, 1T oligosaccharide,
1T of plum extract, 1T of sesame salt, 1+1/2T of red pepper paste
Add it and mix it well.

Chop pine nuts into small pieces with a knife to garnish.
