Making milk tea ice cream :: Earl Grey ice cream
I think ice cream is what I often look for these days as the weather gets hot. When I take a bite, it's refreshing and sweet and the heat is melting. I recently made milk tea ice cream because of whipped cream. When you take a bite, the earl grey scent spreads out and the soft and sweet taste is pretty good. Ingredients
  • whipped cream
    200g
  • black tea
    6ea
  • Milk
    400g
  • Sugar
    80g
  • corn starch
    2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add Earl Grey tea bag to 300g of milk and heat up the milk. When the milk boils around the pot
STEP 2/8
Close the lid and let stand for 5 minutes or so to give off an earl grey flavor.
STEP 3/8
After 5 minutes, remove the tea bag, weigh the milk and add the milk to 300g.
STEP 4/8
Add corn starch to the remaining 100g of milk and mix well.
STEP 5/8
Add starchy milk to teashed milk. Add sugar to this and heat it up over low heat, stirring the floor with a spatula. Stir and heat to a fine concentration. If you raise the spatula and draw a line, just heat it up to the point where a clear line is drawn. The finished milk mixture is cooled with cold water.

Put the whipped cream in the cooled mixture..
STEP 7/8
Mix well and complete the liquid with the ice cream.
STEP 8/8
Place chilled ice cream liquid in ice cream maker and heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Put the completed ice cream in a suitable bowl and freeze it completely in the freezer!
