Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5

(Purchase of soiled ones, soaked standards)
STEP 2/5
Prepare Cheongyang chili peppers!1/2 Use
Put the ingredients in the container in advance
STEP 3/5
Based on 300g (500ml container)
300 ml water + 2T soy sauce
+2T of cooking wine + 4T of vinegar + 3T of sugar
(Adding little by little after tasting)
Boil it for 3 minutes.
(Turn off the heat when it boils)
STEP 4/5
Let it cool for 5 minutes
Gungchae from before.In a glass bottle with chili peppers
Put it in while it's hot. Full!
STEP 5/5
After cooling it down, refrigerate it
It's delicious if you eat it after a day^^
-Add more sugar, vinegar, and water to suit your taste.

I added half of this recipe to half of the existing pickled vegetables soup because I didn't want to taste it after using a different recipe and it turned out really good! Next time, I'm going to use this recipe from the beginning :)
