STEP 1/10
Boil 1 serving of buckwheat noodles in boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes
STEP 2/10
When the water boils, pour a cup of cold water
Repeat this 3 times and when it boils hard
Turn off the heat and wash it in cold water

Cut about 1/3 cucumbers into small pieces

Please grind the sesame seeds

Beat in an egg and make a garnish

2 tablespoons of soy sauce
a half-sized drink of sugar
Add 3 tablespoons of water
Stir until sugar dissolves

Add cucumber, egg, sesame seeds and seaweed flakes

I'll add 2 tablespoons of perilla oil

Mix the garnish evenly so that it doesn't clump together

*If you like sour things, it's good to add vinegar
(I didn't put it in because I thought vinegar would be too much because it has a strong perilla oil and buckwheat scent.)
