STEP 1/9
Slice 6 pieces of fish cake thinly.

Slice the pink sausage thinly according to the length of the fish cake.

Slice 1/2 onions thinly, too

Chop up the carrots and finish preparing the ingredients.

Mix 2T of soy sauce, 1T of oyster sauce, 1T of ketchup, 2T of oligosaccharide, and 1T of sugar to make sauce.

Put 2T of perilla oil and 1T of minced garlic in a frying pan and roll it all over.

When garlic smells good, add onions and carrots and stir-fry over medium heat until yellow.

Stir-fry fish cake and sausage, and when it turns golden, change it to low heat and add sauce.

If you stir-fry it until the sauce is evenly soaked, it's done. Sprinkle sesame seeds and finish!
