These days, tofu noodles using tofu are served, so many people use tofu noodles instead of regular noodles. It's nice to enjoy noodles without worrying about carbohydrates. Today, I'm going to make super simple tofu and kongguksu.

  • soft tofu

  • Cucumber

  • Flower salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I'm preparing the ingredients. Boil the eggs for 15 minutes with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar in cold water. Shred the cucumber. Cut tomatoes into 1/4 pieces.

Add 2 cups of milk, 1/4 of soft tofu, and 1 tablespoon of pine nuts and grind them finely. Season with flower salt.

Rinse the commercial tofu in water and remove the water.

Put tofu noodles in a bowl and pour the soup.

Garnish with cucumber, tomato, and boiled egg and sprinkle with black sesame.
