STEP 8/8
Aglio e olio tteokbokki is done!!
I made aglio e olio tteokbokki using Jongwon Baek recipe.
I made it with a slightly different type and amount of ingredients.
The recipe is 1 1/2 cup tteokbokki rice cake, 1/4 cup olive oil, 10 garlics, 1/2 cup dried shrimp, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, a little bit of flower salt, and 1/4 green onion, so please refer to it.(In the case of garlic, they prepare 3 pieces of garlic and add 7 pieces of garlic.)
In my case, I can't put in dried shrimp,
Since I only added ground garlic without sliced garlic, I couldn't control the amount well, so I took some out in the middle of cooking.
If you only use ground garlic like me, I think it would be good to add 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of ground garlic.
