Pork Back-bone Stew

  • red pepper paste

  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the pork backbone clean.
STEP 2/8
Add 1/2 cup of cooking wine, enough water to cover the backbone, and blanch until boiling. After boiling for about 15 minutes, impurities start to rise.
STEP 3/8
Please wash the blanched backbone clean.
STEP 4/8
Wash the seasoning off the ripe kimchi.
STEP 5/8
Add 3 spoons of red pepper paste, 3 spoons of soybean paste, 3 spoons of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of red pepper powder, and 5 spoons of cooking wine and make the sauce.
STEP 6/8
Boil all ingredients in a large skillet for about 40 minutes.
