I added enough water to soak the rice in water.
You can add little by little while making porridge later.
- Add water and boil it, and when it boils, reduce the heat to medium and stir the rice with a ladle to make porridge.
If you don't have enough water, you can make porridge by adding a little by little and make porridge.

Stir the porridge well and season it with soy sauce if you think it's the desired concentration of the porridge.
I added 1.5 spoons of soy sauce.

Taste it and add perilla powder if it suits your taste.
Since I like perilla seed powder, I added 4 spoons.
