STEP 1/8
Cut 2 dumplings into small pieces with scissors and lay them on the pan.
STEP 2/8
Cut the cabbage into 2cm pieces for 3 sheets and cut 1/2 onions into 0.5cm pieces.
(I like cabbage in dumpling hot pot, so I added more.)
STEP 3/8
Chop two shiitake mushrooms, too.
(I used oyster mushroom at home)
STEP 4/8
Please prepare a slice of green onion.
If you like spicy food, cut the cheongyang peppers sideways.
STEP 5/8
Place the chopped cabbage, onions, mushrooms, and green onions in a pan. Place remaining dumplings between vegetables.
STEP 6/8
Add 5 cups of cold water, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and pepper and boil over high heat.
STEP 7/8
When it starts to boil, add 1/3 tablespoon of salt, season, break an egg in the middle of the pan, boil for another 3 minutes, and finish :)
(I didn't put eggs separately, but I put in my favorite bean sprouts instead.)
STEP 8/8
If you do this, you don't have to make the broth and you can make a delicious Jongwon Baek dumpling hot pot^^
The key to this recipe is to cut some dumplings into small pieces and boil them under a pan^^
