How to make tuna ssamjang ssamjang
It's summer when I lose appetite because it's hot. On hot days, ssambap is easy to eat. I made tuna ssamjang with canned tuna without fire.

  • Soybean paste

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare a 150g can of tuna and drain the oil.
STEP 2/6
Place the drained tuna in a bowl.
STEP 3/6
Chop 1/4 large onions and 4 cloves of garlic.
STEP 4/6
Chop and add 3 cheongyang peppers.
STEP 5/6
Add 3 tablespoons of soybean paste, 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
STEP 6/6
Mix it evenly to make tuna ssamjang. Put the tuna ssamjang in an airtight container, put it in the refrigerator, and eat it little by little.
