STEP 1/8
Peel the potatoes, divide them into quarters, and put them in a pot. Add 1T of thick salt and water to cover potatoes.

Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Mash the cooked potatoes thoroughly and mix with 3T mayonnaise, 3T sugar, 3T salt pinch, 1T butter, 2T milk and 3toks of pepper.

Mix until butter is completely melted, then add 4T of corn and lightly mix.

Put 1T of potatoes in the dumpling skin and cover with water.
STEP 6/8
Fold it in half to make dumplings.
STEP 7/8
Bake in an oiled frying pan over low heat and turn over when the dumpling skin becomes transparent.
STEP 8/8
Turn it over again, bake it for about a minute, transfer it to a plate, and complete.
It tastes good even if you add ingredients such as cheese or carrots in dumplings. The remaining ingredients are delicious even if you put them in the refrigerator and eat them as salad
